As you awaken, your sensitivity to the world around you also increases.
Your existing senses awaken with strength and ability, as well as awakening extra-sensory abilities that tap into the greater psyche.
This is what allows you to access a greater perception and awareness of what is around you. Essentially raising your vibration involves accessing a higher vibrational reality.
This means you can feel dense in environments you used to handle. Conversations, interactions and just by reading something online - can dramatically swing your energy.
It is all a precursor to encourage us to do more self-empowerment work.
As of course, the more empowered you are (internally),
the less affected you are by your external environment.
Yet a key component of self empowerment is also self care of your energy field - energy management. Just as you would take care of your physical body, your energy field demands more attention during these times….And it needn’t take much time to do this.

Dear Vaz, thank you for your teachings and healings. I want to experience - to more clearly SEE - the light, the colors, the shapes, that you talk about in your recordings.
