Great Spirit,
I call upon your divine love,
to provide your compassion,
support,
and grace with my journey
I connect with all of the stories,
experiences and people,
from my past,
and I open to the frequency of forgiveness,
compassion,
gratitude.
I ask this to flow through me.

I ask the energy of pure love,
to flow into all of my relationships,
experiences,
and stories.
I ask that this energy supports me,
in releasing any element,
that is no longer serving me.

As I breathe,
I surrender,
all that is not mine.
I detach from ideas,
concepts,
stories,
people and situations,
that my soul is asking me to.
I do this with the greatest love,
the greatest kindness,
the greatest knowing,
that this serves all.
